NDT Seals Return Policy

At NDT Seals, we’re committed to delivering high-quality NDT Inspection Plugs and Inspection Point Labels. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, return and exchange options are available. 

Return & Exchange Timeframes

  • We accept Return Requests within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • We accept Exchange Requests within 60 days of the delivery date.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unused, in new condition, and in their original packaging.
  • A valid proof of purchase (e.g., order number or receipt) is required.
  • Approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. This fee covers inspection, handling, and restocking of returned materials. 

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-labeled or special-order products.
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase.
  • Any goods that have been used.
  • Labels that have been removed from their original wrapping.

Return Shipping

  • Shipping costs for returns and exchanges are the customer's responsibility, unless the item was defective or shipped in error.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval decision of your refund. 
  • Refunds will reflect the 20% restocking fee where applicable 
  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly. These cases will not be subject to a restocking fee. 

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available for defective or incorrect items.
  • If you need to exchange an item, please contact us within the 60-day window to arrange the process.
